Are there vouchers available for purchase?

Vouchers can be bought directly at the hotel as well as by phone at +49 89 55137 8141 or through our onlineshop.

What payment options are available at the hotel and on the website?

You can pay by cash, debit card, all major credit cards, SaferPay link, on account or by bank transfer and pro forma invoice.

What are the opening hours of the reservations team?

The reservations team is available Monday to Thursday from 9.00 am to 5 pm and on friday from 9.00 am to 4 pm. Outside of these hours, our reception team will be happy to assist you via +49 89 551370.

FAQs about Arrival

Is there parking available?

You are welcome to park your car in the hotel’s underground garage for € 25.00 per night and depending on availabilty. A reservation of the parking lots in advance is not possible.

Here you will also find two electric charging stations, where you can charge your e-car. For the charging of your e-car we charge 10€ per day.

How is the hotel connected to public transport?

The subway stations Giselastraße and Münchner Freiheit are both walking distance. From there it is only 3 stations to the famous Marienplatz.

Is there a free transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel?

Unfortunately there is no free transfer. For the price of € 95.00 we are happy to organize a transfer to pick you up from the Munich Airport.

When is breakfast served?

We offer an extensive breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Is the breakfast included?

If breakfast buffet is not already included in the rate, you can of course book it on site for an additional price of € 19.00.

What kind of breakfast do you have?

Our varied breakfast buffet includes a variety of egg dishes as well as a selection of fruits, cereals, spreads and bread.

How much is the breakfast for children?

Children up to 4 years have breakfast free of charge. Between 4 and 12 years the breakfast costs € 9.50 and from 12 years the regular breakfast price of € 19.00 applies.

Is there a hotel bar?

You can find our hotelbar next to the reception.

Are gluten- and lactose-free products available?

Upon request we are happy to offer gluten and lactose-free products.

Check-in is available from 3 pm.

Is it possible to check in early?

We are happy to offer an early check-in subject to availability.

Please have a credit card ready to authorize the booking. International guests also need an identity card or passport.

You are welcome to spend time in your hotel room until 12:00 pm on the day of your departure.

Is it possible to check out late?

A gym is at your disposal 24 hours a day. You can relax in the sauna daily from 5 pm or earlier on request.

We are happy to store your luggage in the lockers that are available at our hotel.

Unfortunately we do not offer any half-board options.

What spa services are there?

Our mini spa with a jacuzzi (april to october) is open daily from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Is there a fitness program?

Our gym is open every day around the clock. For your daily workout, the gym is equipped with wooden equipment from NOHrD.

Is there a childcare service?

We are happy to offer childcare at an additional cost, upon request and subject to availability.

Does the hotel have a concierge service?

Our reception team will be happy to help you at any time with questions, restaurant reservations and requests of any kind.

Is it possible to have breakfast in the room?

You are welcome to take your breakfast to your room or have breakfast in our breakfast area.

Is there a laundry and ironing service?

We will be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room upon request. For dry cleaning, we ask you to leave your clothes at the reception by 9:00 am to receive them back the same evening.

Is there a room service?

Interesting facts about Schwabing

Schwabing is not a place, but a condition, said Fanny Gräfin zu Reventlow, the most famous Schwabinger of all time. Made famous by its artist bohemia and student riots, it is one of Munich’s best-known neighborhoods. Today, however, things are more civilized here. Once created as a farming village, centuries later the university and the English Garden gave the neighborhood its reputation as an artists’ district.
